Aside from being honest with others, be honest with yourself. If you can’t be honest with yourself, especially about how you feel and what you want, then you’re just going to be a total mess with your life. Don’t pretend to be someone you’re not or act like everything is okay. If something is not okay with you, then accept it and cope with it. Once you start to be honest with yourself, then you’ll realize how much more confident you will be about yourself.
